A dynasty in everything but name. Los Charlines didn’t seize Passage County with violence-they bought it piece by piece. Their designer drug Nueva Sangre made them the county’s quiet kings.

- Los Sureños

Born from poverty and survival, Los Sureños created Desvalida, the unstable knockoff of Nueva Sangre that swept through the neighborhoods like wildfire.

- Passage County Sheriff’s Office

Understaffed, underfunded, and stretched thin across desert, farmland, and forgotten towns. Some deputies fight the good fight. Others take bribes.

- El Callejón Police Department

ECPD works the tight, crowded streets of El Callejón, where danger hides in every alley. Constant calls, constant pressure, constant politics. Some officers care. Some are compromised.

- Texas Highway Patrol

THP troopers don’t get to pick sides. They patrol the highways where drugs move, gangs travel, and danger hits 90 mph.
